Tonights dinner-Taco’s-Keto style


  • 500 g Beef Mince (Ground Beef) (1 lb)
  • 1/2 Packet Taco Seasoning Watch out for sneaky carbohydrates in these ones! alternatively use 1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder. 1/4 tsp. Dried Oregano. 1/2 tsp. Paprika. 1 1/2 tsp. Ground Cumin.
  • 3/4 Cup water


  1. Heat a frying pan and add the mince to the pan. Cook until brown. add the seasoning and 3/4 Cup of water and let it simmer for 5 mins.
  2. Grab a plate and cover the lettuce with ingredients however you like! Enjoy.
