Our free range woodland Kelly Bronze Turkey are again coming from our partner farm in Essex and we continue to team up with local butchers to bring you top quality free range meats and poultry.

2nd January - No box delivery this week

We will confirm the delivery slot windows a minimum of 1 week prior to delivery.

Collections from Church Farm Ardeley:

Please select your collection day at check out, you can come anytime between the time below. We will confirm the collection point at the farm once all orders are collated in the confirmation email. If you need to collect outside of these time this may be possible only by prior arrangement.

FAQ

a) What it the latest date we can order? Last orders for Christmas produce is 10^th December, after this date please contact us via email and we will confirm if we are able to help.

b) When is the next box delivery after Christmas? The next delivery after Christmas is Friday 9th January 2025.

c) I can no longer make my collection day, what can I do? No problem, give us a call and we will slot you onto the next day.

d) I can’t book my preferred delivery day, can you fit me in? Once a delivery day is full we maybe unable to add extra in, however, please call / email and we try our best to accommodate.

e) In my rush I've missed some items off my list what to do? Please email us with your order number and we will manually add in your items (subject to availability) and send you a balance invoice for payment.

f) How do I cancel my order? Orders before the 10^th December can be cancelled with no penalty, orders cancelled after 10^th December cannot be refunded.

g) Can items in the Christmas Fayre section be delivered before the Christmas deliveries? Christmas Fayre items are only available for Christmas deliveries, early collections maybe available strictly by prior confirmed arrangement only.

h) I have to pop out and my delivery is imminent, can you leave in a safe place? Please call us and we will let the driver know where to leave your order.

i) Can I store my turkey in the shed overnight? You should only do this if the storage space is pest proof and below 5C, it is not something we recommend.

j) How long should I pre-soak the gammon? We recommend gammons are pre-soaked for 12-24 hours before cooking to wash off any remaining cure.

k) The joint, cut, item I want is not on the online shop, can you help? Let us know what you are looking for and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
