On arrival please come to the farm shop and to sign in and I will meet you their.
We will spend most of our time in the cutting room which is refrigerated, as such i would suggest wearing a couple of layers (including socks, you may also wear a hat should you wish), there will be a jacket and apron provided for you to wear over your clothes.
As we will be handling food please remove jewelry from your hands and wrist.
