A full-flavoured 2,3 or 4 bone rib. Frenched trimmed for stunning presentation at the table. This meat is fine grained with a mardled texture, this can be boned and rolled for easy carving at no extra cost.
A two bone rib on the bone will feed between 6-8 people weighing approx 2kg.
A three bone rib on the bone will feed between 8-10 people weighing approx 3kg
